Angelo is an absolute delight. He is warm and welcoming and makes you feel succumbed and comfortable from the moment you step in. He also listens to you! I am mature-age and don't need to look 20! Angelo made sure my treatment was age appropriate!! The rest of the team are equally friendly and supportive! Pricing is industry competitive, too

"I’m 46yrs old and this was my first time getting Botox and Dermal filler. I have to say that I was quite impressed with Dr Jake, Staff and the overall experience. I was very comfortable and relaxed and loved the outcome immediately even tho I still had to wait for the swelling to go down. I am finally liking what I see, especially now that my nose has been reshaped with the dent filled in and my lopsided lips are looking great. Can’t wait to see how it all looks in a few weeks time. I haven’t felt this confident since I was a teen"

Dr Jake strikes the perfect balance between professionalism, competence and simply being a really nice guy – highly recommended. As regards logistics at the clinic - shortly after my first laser treatment I realised that for the moles on my face, I might need a bit more lasering to facilitate easy shaving. I called up, somewhat worried that there might be additional costs or other blockers, but – no. Tracy simply booked me in for a second “touch up” visit, no questions asked, no hidden costs. In summary – a flawless experience.

Every staff member from start of your check in to finish is excellent, and the environment is extremely upmarket and relaxing. I’ve been going since 2015 for anti-wrinkle injections and for my money you won’t find a better result or service anywhere in the Hunter/Newcastle. Thanks Dr Jake and team. Michelle

Great clinic, really enjoyed the hydrafacial. I also have been seeing good results from tattoo removal with the picoway laser. Highly recommended.

Permanently disfigured my face. They had/have an inexperienced doctor there who “treated” my scar with laser and made it worse. There’s been no real attempt to fix the terrible problem. I asked if they could go over the whole area again with the laser to balance it out/ smooth it over and they wouldn’t. Disgusted and sad.
